In the annals of Modest Proposals, the one put forth today by fan, gadfly, SFBC first-reader, and confirmed Canadian James Nicoll is certainly one of the very most Modest.
I hereby state that, though I of course cannot support any such plan, it would be amazingly entertaining to watch the results in action.
