Reviews for 3/13

Monsters and Critics reviews Dave Duncan's The Alchemist's Apprentice.

Monsters and Critics also reviews Justina Robson's Keeping It Real.

Fantasy Book Critic reviews Steph Swainston's The Year of Our War.

SF Signal reviews all of the Nebula-nominated short fiction.

As is happening regularly, Sci Fi Wire's RSS feed thinks that they're posting a review of Kurt Vonnegut's The Sirens of Titan (with an old paperback bookshot, yet!), but the link leads to a 404 page. I bet it'll be there eventually...

Washington Post Book World reviews Nalo Hopkinson's The New Moon's Arms. [via Locus Online]

Book Fetish reviews Gwen Rowley's Knights of the Round Table: Geraint.

Bookgasm reviews Charlie Huston's No Dominion.

Ellen Kushner went to see the stage adaptation of Kelly Link's story "The Girl Detective" and liked it.

Tim Pratt reprints a Booklist review of his collection Hart & Boot & Other Stories.

Update, half an hour later: I've been told that there's a review of Joe Hill's Heart-Shaped Box in the current issue of Rolling Stone, but that review doesn't seem to be online. The pull quote: "[a]chilling debut novel...much like his father...A shockingly bloody cross-country battle between good and evil, HEART-SHAPED BOX is ultimately a gripping look at love, family, sacrifice, and two faithful German shepherds...."
