Reviews for 4/12
Blogcritics reviews Adrian McKinty's The Lighthouse Land (and I know you've all been waiting for that particular review...)
Pat's Fantasy Hotlist reviews the middle book of Tad Williams's current trilogy, Shadowplay.

SF Signal reviews Jack Vance's Ports of Call.
The Agony Column reviews John Scalzi's The Ghost Brigades. (By the way, did I ever link to my personal thoughts on that one? Well, I did now.)

Book Fetish reviews Ilona Andrews's Magic Bites.
Book Fetish also revised their review of Caitlin R. Kiernan's Daughter of Hounds after the author complained. (Didn't Kiernan complain loudly about a review last year? Is this some kind of a pattern with her? It does seem to be working, even though the common wisdom is to keep quiet when you think a reviewer is completely wrong.)
E.E. Knight quotes the review of his novel Dragon Avenger from the current issue (number 10) of Black Gate, and praises the magazine in general.
Sean Williams reprints Don D'Amassa's review of Williams's novel Saturn Returns, and posts the UK cover for that book.
