Internet Explorer Version 6.0 on Windows.

How to delete your cache and cookies:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. From the browser’s menu click Tools > Internet Options…
3. In the section labeled Temporary Internet Files click the Delete Cookies button.
4. Click OK.
5. Now click the Delete Files button.
6. Leave the Delete all offline content box unchecked.
7. Click OK.
8. With the Internet Options dialog box still open click OK.

You can now login to Zooba!

1. Enter www.zooba.com (not zooba.com) in the browser’s address bar.
2. Click Member Log-in in the upper right hand corner.
3. Enter your User Name and Password. User name is usually your email address.

How to delete the old Zooba favorite and add the new Zooba:

1. Once you get to the homepage in your browser’s menu click Favorites > Organize Favorites.
2. Find the Zooba favorite in the area to the right.
3. Click it once to highlight it.
4. Click the Delete button.
5. Click Yes to the dialog box.
6. Click Close.
7. From the browser’s menu click Favorites > Add to Favorites.
8. Click OK.

You can now use this favorite to return to Zooba!

Internet Explorer Version 7.0 on Windows.

How to delete your cache and cookies:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. From the browser’s menu click Tools > Internet Options…
3. In the General tab under the Browsing History section click Delete.
4. In the Delete Browsing History window under Temporary Internet Files click Delete Files... and click Yes in the confirmation window.
   In the Delete Browsing History window under Cookies click Delete Files... and click Yes in the confirmation window.
5. Click Close in the Delete Browsing History window.
6. Click OK in the Internet Options window.

You can now login to Zooba!

1. Enter www.zooba.com (not zooba.com) in the browser’s address bar.
2. Click Member Log-in in the upper right hand corner.
3. Enter your User Name and Password. User name is usually your email address.

How to delete the old Zooba favorite and add the new Zooba:

1. Click the Add to Favorites icon (star with plus sign) > Organize Favorites...
   2.Find the Zooba Favorite, click once to highlight it, click Delete.
2. Click Yes in the confirmation box.
3. Click Close.
4. Click the Add to Favorites icon (star with plus sign) > organize favorites...
5. In the dialog box click Add.

You can now use this favorite to return to Zooba!

Firefox Version 1.0 on Windows.

How to delete your cache and cookies:

1. Open Firefox.
2. From the browser’s menu click Tools > Options…
3. Click Privacy (padlock icon).
4. Click Cookies and click the Clear button.
5. Click Cache and click the Clear button.
6. With the Options dialog box still open click OK.

You can now login to Zooba!

3. Click it once to highlight it.
4. Click the Delete button.
5. In the Bookmarks Manager dialog box click File > Close.
6. From the browser’s menu click Bookmarks > Bookmark This Page…
7. In the Add Bookmark dialog box click OK.

You can now use this bookmark to come back to Zooba!

Firefox Version 2.0 on Windows.

How to delete your cache and cookies:

1. Open Firefox.
2. From the browser’s menu click Tools > Options…
3. Click the Privacy Padlock.
4. In the Cookies section click Show Cookies.
5. Find the zooba.com folder.
6. Click it once to highlight it.
7. Click the Remove Cookies button.
8. Click Close.
9. In the Private Data section click Clear Now.
10. With the Options dialog box still open click OK.

You can now login to Zooba!

4. Click the Delete button.
5. In the Bookmarks Manager dialog box click File > Close.
6. From the browser’s menu click Bookmarks > Bookmark This Page…
7. In the Add Bookmark dialog box click OK.

You can now use this bookmark to come back to Zooba!

Safari Version 2 on a Macintosh.

How to delete your cache and cookies:

1. Open Safari.
2. From the browser's menu, click Safari > Empty Cache.
3. Click Empty.
4. From the browser's menu, click Safari > Preferences > Security.
5. Click Show Cookies.
6. Scroll down to find all cookies with .zooba.com or www.zooba.com.
7. Hold down the Apple Key and click all items with zooba in the name. They should be highlighted.
8. Click Remove.
9. Click Done.
10. Close Security window.

You can now login to Zooba!

How to delete the old Zooba bookmark and add the new Zooba:

1. Once you get to the homepage, in your browser's menu select Bookmarks
2. Show All Bookmarks.
3. In the Collections pane, select Bookmarks Menu.
4. In the Bookmark pane, select Zooba, then hit the Delete on your keyboard.
5. Click File > Close Window.
6. Click Bookmarks > Add Bookmark.
7. A pop-up window will appear. Click Add.
